Dilute with cool water.  Submerge clean dry Cyberhair into mixture.  Finger comb solution through Cyberhair.  Let soak for 10 min.  Remove, pat off excess water.  Dry very slowly with cold dryer 6" from Cyberhair.  If desired shampoo, condition and rinse. 

Use fresh solution for each application.
